Education:
Greg received his undergraduate bachelor of science in business administration and finance from Arizona State University. He also received a certificate of international business and management from the University of Bradford, Bradford England. Greg received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico, ranking in the top 10% of his class.
Areas of Practice and Experience:
Greg has served as the elected District Attorney for San Juan County, New Mexico obtaining extensive trial experience in high profile cases to include first degree murder, kidnapping, and just about every other criminal case. He has been (or currently is serving as) the owner and/or officer of businesses in the fields of Oil and Gas Automation, Oil and Gas Chemical Distribution, Title Insurance, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Development, Real Property Maintenance, and Video Enhancement Technology. He represents many large corporations, and a few Texas based corporations both as a plaintiff’s attorney, and as defense attorney. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, business formation, wills and trusts, criminal defense, personal injury, and other general areas of law.

Jennifer attended Indiana University and earned her BA in English and Liberal Arts Management. Directly after, she attended Washington University School of Law, St. Louis, MO and received a Scholars in Law award. Jennifer has been practicing law since 1997.
Areas of Practice and Experience:
Jennifer has practiced litigation since 1997 after interning at US District of Northern District of Indiana and in litigation firms in Indiana Illinois and California. Her litigation practice has included insurance defense, appellate practice, civil and mass tort litigation and prosecution as a Senior Trial Prosecutor in San Juan County, New Mexico. She has been practicing law for over 22 years and in New Mexico has focused on civil litigation, domestic practice and injury law.

Jennifer is licensed in both state and federal court in New Mexico, California and Indiana. She belongs to the American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, California Bar Association, Bar Association of San Franscisco, New Mexico Bar Association and the San Juan County Bar Association.
